Our employees are our most valued asset, and we are dedicated to fostering their development and creating opportunities for engagement. With a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), we have implemented a range of initiatives to create an inclusive and supportive workplace. We are continuously exploring new ways to strengthen the ULAC culture. We acknowledge that a mission centered on responsible design can only be fulfilled by promoting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion that reflects the global population we serve.
Our experienced teams come from diverse demographics and backgrounds, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to our operations. We are proud to have a culture that excels in their roles and actively contributes to our sustainability and inclusivity goals.
“Across every aspect of our business, we take pride in what we do. Working together, we do our very best to deliver excellence to all customers.”

CEO & Founder
ULAC was founded with a vision to create high-quality apparel while maintaining a commitment to ethical practices and social responsibility. This vision has guided us since our inception and continues to shape our strategies and actions.
Our mission is to treat our diverse base of employees, vendors, and retailers with respect, integrity, and fairness as we work together to design, produce, and distribute products of the highest quality and best value.
We foster a culture that encourages collaboration, flexibility, and fairness to enable all employees to reach their highest potential.
We support the human rights of all people. ULAC takes a firm stance against forced labor and child labor, collectively referred to as modern slavery and outlined in our 2023 REPORT FIGHTING AGAINST MODERN SLAVERY. This commitment extends across all aspects of our business operations, including our supply chain, vendor relationships, and business partners. Beyond this commitment, we adhere to strict social compliance regulations, factory inspections, and verified audits to ensure ethical treatment in our supply chain. Our Human Rights Policy and Code of Conduct include due diligence practices like regular site assessments, grievance mechanisms, and immediate notification of any issues that could impact our business or reputation.
Our raw materials traceability policy ensures we know the origin of our materials and can access chain of custody documents as needed. Suppliers must have full traceability of raw materials and a due diligence process, including a written Supplier Code of Conduct addressing forced labor, training records, compliance monitoring, and current third-party social compliance audits. All suppliers are also required to have a certificate such as WRAP compliance (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), or equivalent, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
We are gradually integrating sustainability initiatives into every aspect of our business; from the products we create to how we operate our facilities.
